Since its inception in 2004, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Kansas City Homes has grown to encompass six offices and more than 425 agents serving the greater Kansas City market. Two branch offices are located in Kansas City, Missouri. Four offices are in Kansas, including two in Overland Park, one in Leawood, and one in Prairie Village. The company's corporate office is in Overland Park. In 2012, REAL Trends magazine ranked the company among the leading residential real estate brokerages in the United States.
