My goal in representing you in a real estate transaction is simple. It is to give you a clear understanding of the process, knowledge of how the market is trending and make your transaction a priority. You will know what to expect during every step of the transaction. When you choose to work with me you should expect loyalty, honesty and integrity.

    My Experience

    • Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Wine Country Group www.WineCountryNorth.comWith technology at our finger tips, searching for real estate has never been easier. Beautifully marketed properties flood our social media and email on a daily basis, and applications have begun to take the role of traditional Realtors. This is where I come in. I consider myself an educator. I love consulting with people who have an interest in buying or selling real estate. I bring professional knowledge to your real estate experience which will help you to determine if that dream house you just fell in love will be impacted by the recent change to city regulation or if that Zestimate has any accuracy. I keep myself up-to-date with all aspects affecting the real estate industry in the North Bay. I can guide you through permit regulation and changes; policy, protected land and conservation efforts; ordinances, market trends, recent sales or comparable sales to your property, upcoming development, etc. I have also developed and maintained relationships with other industry professionals and can get you in touch with the right people for any job surrounding this industry. Please let me know how I can help grow your business, learn from you or help with your real estate needs.

    My Community Involvement

    • Committee Member Company NameImpact100 Sonoma Dates volunteeredJan 2018 Present Volunteer duration7 mos Cause Social Services Impact100 Sonoma is about the power of collective decision-making and collective grant-making. As a grant-making organization, Impact100 Sonoma brings together women in our community to do something truly remarkable: give a gift of $100,000 to an organization in the Sonoma Valley that has a big idea and great potential, but little access to large-scale funds. By bringing together 100 or more women who make an annual donation of $1,000 each, we are able to make a much greater impact on the future of our community than if we each gave on our own. As our membership has grown, we have been able to increase our support for the nonprofit community by offering smaller Community Grants up to $20,000 in addition to the $100,000 Impact Grant.
