My Client Reviews
Working with Sarah was a great experience, she asked what we needed in a home and delivered that with every showing, and finally we got the home of our dream. I highly recommend working with her she is dedicated and a great human being. She wants nothing, but to make her customers happy
Sarah's hard work in understanding the market conditions help tremendously! Both times, the first buyers backed out, we received full price offers within a few days of the start of the listing. Additionally, Sarah's patience and understanding dealing with the uniqueness of our situation also made the experience run smoothly as possible. I will definitely use Sarah again when I have the need to buy or sell real estate.
Working with Sarah was great for us. I had purchased my home ten years ago and we decided to sell and buy at the same time. She was our realtor for both. As stressful as the selling/buying was, she was in it with me! She was available to answer all my calls and work with me through every detail. We had a great time looking at house(mostly in the rain). She made herself available to host multiple open houses, which is actually how we found the buyer for our home. As crazy and stressful as the whole process can be, Sarah partnered through with us step by step. Finding the perfect home for us was no easy task. Sarah dove right in to our community and even though this was her first time working in Hemet, by time we were done she was very familiar with the community and resources. She made the paperwork process super easy with E-signatures and explanations of each document. Thank you Sarah!!

TIP: You can always get a loan if you do not have this. 2) Impr...
