Pam completed her first real estate transaction at the age of 13, her family home! A tour of the home for an agent with clients that resulted in an offer upon her parents returning home from grocery shopping!
Her career path from college, banking with a Series 6 license to corporate customer service training and development, interior design, flipping homes and full circle to real estate. Certified through IRIS in Home Staging & Rearrangements, Pam had a business designing interiors and working with agents to prepare homes for sale. She offers this complimentary service to all her listing clients. Together with her husband Bob, a general contractor, they have worked extensively on addition/remodels and flipping homes. This vast knowledge of homes is an asset in selling and the inspection process. From the initial meeting to close, Pam is available to answer any of your questions regarding the transaction so that you are able to make educated decisions. Pam has built her business through referrals and works diligently to make certain that her customers are receiving the best service to insure a complete transaction.
Having experienced living coast to coast, Bay area to New England and in between, she brings an appreciation of moving to a new location and educates her buyers about their new community. As a volunteer in the Monadnock region, she has worked with many of the local towns on Chamber events, festivals, fundraising for non-profits, and her real estate board. A belief that a community grows through volunteerism and being actively involved in the area.
As a parent of five grown children, three daughter-in-laws, and an adorable grandson (and puggle dog named Bella!) Pam enjoys her family time, traveling, decorating, party planning and photography.
