I am an Associate Broker with Better Homes and Gardens RE Prosperity, on the team of Sam Morreale and Danielle Riley. I have been licensed in real estate since 2006. I specialize in residential buyers and listings, and rentals. I am also short sale certified (SFR). I have been top sale for the month in my office twice in the last year and a half, including top sale of the year for the office 2013. ($745,000!)
I moved here in 2004 from Hollywood, California. Before that, I lived in Florida for 15 years where I worked for 12 years for the Ruby Tuesday Corporation. I am married to the girl who lived next door to me when I was in high school in Lakewood, NY, which is near Jamestown. I actually took her to my senior prom! Lori has worked for the Arc of Monroe for nearly 30 years. We have two sons. Zach is playing football for Mercyhurst University in PA and Brennan who is an aspiring drummer. We also have a Cairn terrier named Abbeyroad.
I am a singer and guitar player. I am currently the lead singer of a band that plays often in the Rochester area named Hallpass. I also have been a stage manager for the Rochester International Jazz Festival for the last 10 years at the Harro Ballroom, and I am a board member and co Producer for the Rochester Music Hall of Fame.
I am an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan, and have a large collection (900+) of Pez containers. As a Realtor, I want to be known as diligent, honest, fair, and effective. I care about my clients, and I always call back!

We met Mike when we inquired about a listing in Greece. Even though that house wasn't exactly what we were looking for we told Mike what type we did want. The morning we saw a new listing for a nice ranch in Greece we told him we wanted to see it ASAP! He made arrangements for us to see it that day, we loved it & put an offer in. The seller wanted a closing later than we wanted but Mike convinced them to move up the closing date. Mike did a great job & we enjoyed working with him.

Mike D. was my 3rd or fourth realtor I've worked with in this area. I found him to be very responsive to my requests for showings. He was always professional and pleasant to work with when I was househunting.. Unfortunately , for him, I ended up changing gears and purchased a small commercial lot to embark on a business venture..I would definitely contact him for any needs I might have in the real estate business.
