I had the distinct pleasure of working with Mike Campbell to sell my home. His advice throughout the process was spot on. This included ending a lease, through the sell of the home. He provided super advice on those areas of the home I needed to address prior to the home going on the market, and even suggested a fantastic handyman to assist in completing the work. He followed up with agents who brought prospective buyers through the home to obtain feedback. The escrow company he suggested were fantastic and really allowed the process to proceed very smoothly. I just cannot say enough good things about my experience working with Mike Campbell and the team of professionals he has surrounded himself with.

Mike has been my real estate agent for about 10 years now and helped with the purchase then sale of a condo, sale of a house and purchase of another house. He is so helpful with making sure everything gets done right so that the sale or purchase of a property goes through without problems. He is a great advocate and always negotiates in my favor but also within reason. He is also knowledgeable about local service providers such as movers, plumbers, and termite inspectors. Whenever I have a question or need something for my property, he never hesitates to be of assistance.

Contacts local community agencies to get those answers when needed. Negotiation - Serves as my spokesperson and gets me what I want with the terms I want. He does not take the first counteroffer, and he knows how to give sellers or buyers what they want while giving me what I want. He presents my counter offers in a way that the other party recognizes as needed or beneficial to both parties. He is not afraid to try, and succeeds on some far out offers making them work. He knows how to word what is wanted into what 's in it for both parties. Flexibility - Extremely flexible on tasks asked for. Patience - He puts up with my crazy ideas and helps me work them into success plans. Professional knowledge- He knows his stuff far better than the other agents we have dealt with. He has the answers or gets the answers to the most complex questions, and verifies answers. He doesn't shoot from the hip. He knows his stuff and if he can't give you an instant answer seeks and gets it and it is the right answer Integrity - Can always be trusted. His word is always honored. Focus on the task. He works hard to get things done and gets right on them. Action, not just words. Positive, not negative. He believes in winning and wins. His way of doing things is: I will take care of it, and he does. As a customer, he makes my priorities his priorities.
