I was born and raised in the Western North Carolina. I moved to the Raleigh area 35+ yrs ago where I enjoyed a long carrier serving my community in the utility industry, meeting my husband and raising my kids. The thing I love most about North Carolina is all it has to offer, from Beautiful Mountains and Oceans, to wonderful Colleges, and Career opportunities. My passion and love is helping...

Judy gave Gretchen 5 stars out of 5
From my first contact with Gretchen I knew she was special and someone i felt confident I could work with. She not only helped me find the perfect house to buy given my needs (moving to the Holly Springs area from another part of the country to be closer to family ) but she has continued to be a great support even months after the sale, with my being new to the area. I recommend her fully due to her knowledge of the local real estate market, her willingness to jump in and protect her clients, and her warm personality.

This home comes in at $5.9 million and provides a gated community, 15 acres and over 18,000 square feet of living space. 26 prop...

Some are very well done and quite frankly, some are not. When the difference is not obvious how do buyers know when they are falling in love with a keeper or one that they should run awa...
