My Client Testimonials

I think both Dawnn and I were in shock that the whole process was over that we didn't get to truly express how thankful we are that you came into our lives. You were an absolute blessing and a voice of reason in a time when we were really getting discouraged. Even though I am a very optimistic person that always assumes the best of people as I am getting older I am learning that genuine good hearted people are not very common and you are one of them. Thank you so much for answering all of the phone calls, keeping us positive, answering our 2 million questions, and helping us find a place for our kids to call home. -- Dorian and Dawnn 10.12.21
We closed on our house at the end of April (we started in Oct). Carol did an amazing job! She was a hard worker, great communicator, and was there for us every time we needed her. Carol went above and beyond to make sure our questions were answered with a smile, and we had a LOT of questions! She fought hard for us in this crazy market and was willing to go out to see houses every single night for months so we wouldn't lose an opportunity. We had a lot of ups and downs throughout the process and Carol was there for us every step of the way, holding our hand when we needed it and letting us breathe when we needed space. She handled many situations that are outside of the scope of her job, all with the intention of making her clients happy. Carol wasn't just our agent, but our counselor and life coach (and many others including baby sitter!). We recommend Carol to everyone as we are confident she will go above and beyond every single time! Thanks Carol for your hard work and advice, we couldn't have done it without you! -- Phil and Jenny 4.13.21

New or Existing: Which Is Right for You?

Homebuyers today are facing a huge dilemma. There simply aren't enough homes for sale.1 Nationwide, there were 1.27 million active listings in September, down 13% from the previous year. According to the National Association of Realtors, that's about 2.4 months of inventory, which is far less than the six months that is generally needed to strike a healthy balance between supply and demand.2  Given the limited number of available properties, if you're a buyer in today's market, you may...
