    Martin Price, Sun City, Az When I first interviewed Jacqueline, she presented an extensive list of marketing plans and techniques (web sites, social media,mailings,open houses, showing tracking and follow-ups), and her plans to utilize them for my home. Her depth of knowledge and ability to articulate her plans was a deciding factor in her selection. My parents were the original owners of the house, and lived there for 39 years. They prided themselves on taking excellent care of the home. The original wall oven still worked like new! But, the last significant remodeling and redecorating took place in the '80's, and there seemed no escaping the "dated" feel of the house. Jacqueline was able to recommend a few inexpensive changes, that made a remarkable difference in the feel of the house. She then went further with her staging, adding decorator items to each room, giving the house a more contemporary and comfortable feel. Family members were "blown away" with the transformation when they saw the photos. The house looked great for both the marketing photography, and when it hit the market. The first weekend that the house was on the market, Jacqueline held an open house which she advertised with neighborhood signs and mailings. We had a great turnout of potential buyers and Realtors, resulting in at least 2 of the 6 offers we eventually received. Once we started to receive offers, Jacqueline communicated the offers to me clearly and concisely, and provided invaluable recommendations in the negotiations.
