We couldn't be happier with Neal's expertise in selling my parent's home. Especially impressive was trying to accomplish this during the middle of a pandemic- but he did it! I had a few concerns regarding timelines with vendors closing during the health scare, but when I brought them up to Neal, not only had he considered them, he had a backup plan to keep the closing on time even if circumstances outside of his control changed. I would recommend Neal to anyone trying to sell their home, as he was always responsive and proactive during the listing and sale. We had initially tried selling the home with another realtor, which is a mistake I won't let anyone I know selling their home make! Beginning the selling process with Neal immediately felt different, and I knew this was the realtor for us. He was also so easy to get in touch with questions I had and was very honest with his answers.
