The Moon from my Front Yard this July and Waikoloa
I took this moon shot one night that I got back from Paddling practice. It was above my neighbor's house and thought it looked HUGE. This was before all the smoke for the 40K plus acre grass fire to the east of the village.
Well, I finally updated my graphs for the Waikoloa Village Sales Trends and we have officially topped the pre-recession prices. Still not convinced we have a BUBBLE but I do think this increase in prices won't be sustainable. I still feel it will flatten but I don't think the overall average will drop as it did during the recession.

With this graph, you can see that our number of sales have moved up and down seasonally but have stayed consistent.
