    Kathy Philipp is an amazing and wonderful lady and a joy to work with. She tirelessly did the "house hunting" for us and paid close attention to our likes and dislikes. She was never to busy to reply to calls/emails/texts and was always open to scheduling appointments at our convenience. Kathy is THE realtor agent you want on your side!
