David began his career with Better Homes and Gardens Gary Greene at our Bay Area office in the summer of 2012. The following year, he achieved Silver Award status and was the top affinity agent with BHGGG. In 2014, David again achieved Silver Award status selling 7 million dollars of real estate. 2015 brought Gold Award status, 8.5 million of real estate sold and the distinction of being the #1 listing agent at BHGGG Bay Area. Since then, David transitioned to the management team as lead trainer and coach for BHGGG, successfully launching agents new careers in real estate. Now, as manager of the League City and Friendswood offices, David is focused on growing market share of sales and listings for his agents.
