Very flexible when scheduling. Relocated from Ohio with 8 month old and Rick was very understanding of our not so finalized schedule and the constricted time table. Helpful pointing out different flaws and bonuses of different properties. Fun to look at houses with. Rick was very professional but easy going and answered all of our questions regarding prices, percentages, and costs. Great to work with.
