I am a newbie condo investor with some commercial real estate experience, and I have been exploring purchasing a vacation rental condo in the Destin area. I found Keith via a real estate website and we spoke on the phone quickly thereafter. Keith was very professional and took the time to educate me on all the ins and outs of vacation condo ownership. He took quite a bit of time to research properties that would be a good fit for me and sent them to me along with his cash flow analysis for each property. I flew down to meet Keith this past Saturday and he took me around to view some of the condos we thought would be a good fit. Keith was always quick to tell me the truth about each condo, and whether it would be a good fit for me. I never got the feeling he was just trying to push a condo on me to earn a commission. After returning home, he sent me a hot lead on a brand new condo that just came on the market. He did something that was quite unheard of, he allowed me to contact the owner of the condo to ask her questions directly, even though she wasn't represented by any other realtor. This impressed both me and the condo seller that Keith was so trusting of us both. Although, I have decided not to pursue buying a condo at this time due to my own personal investment preferences, I commend Keith for steering me down the right path, teaching me a ton of things and being so trusting.
