    BRIAN BEAN is a Homeowner Advocate, Probate Expert, Property Manager & Realtor for home sellers. He has a passion for helping distressed homeowners. Brian moved to Southern California from the Pacific NW in 1988 and worked as a newspaper editor for 13 years in Palm Springs. After leaving the corporate world, he launched his own brokerage. He and wife Alisa have been married since 2002 and they love to scuba dive and travel.

    TIM HARDIN, a Homeowner Advocate, was born and raised in Riverside, CA. He runs Dream Big´s Home Buyer Focus Division and specializes in matching families with high-quality properties. He and wife Meredith have 5 children. Tim graduated from Poly HS in Riverside in 1985, where he was a football star. He runs a non-profit that exposes disadvantaged youths to the beauty of the outdoors.

    How do you help buyers to find the right properties for them?
    A WORKING RELATIONSHIP: We always meet first with our buyer clients to help solidify our working relationship and learn exactly what they are looking for. GETTING PREQUALIFIED: We also have a lender at that initial meeting so that our clients know precisely what they can afford and what their payment would be. TARGET AND ATTACK: Then, we educate them on the state of today's home market. That way, we can all have the right level of expectations and a game plan. From there, we specifically target properties that meet the clients' needs and set up showings.

    What do you do to help market the properties your clients are selling?
    MAX MARKETING PROGRAM: Though we are licensed real estate agents and brokers, we really consider ourselves to be Marketing Experts who specialize in homes. ATTRACTION: Marketing is "attracting." If you want to get the highest price in the shortest time, you have make sure every buyer knows your property is available. And it must be presented in such an attractive way that people are dying to see it. TELL A GREAT STORY: As former newspaper editors, we know how to tell a story about your house, to focus on the "lifestyle" of your home. Many agents fall back on cliche-ridden listings and dark photos of your furniture. We tell your story with a great description, with the maximum number of photos and real video tours (not slideshows). WE'RE EVERYWHERE: And we don't stop at the Multiple Listing Service. We subscribe to hundreds of real estate only portals. So within hours, your home is being marketed on all the major websites, including Movoto, Realtor.com, Homes,com, Zillow, Trulia, Craigslist, etc.
